Polynômes à valeurs positives

(Oral Centrale 2018)
Soit {P\in\mathbb{C}[X]} tel que {P(\mathbb{R})\subset\mathbb{R}}. Montrer que {P\in\mathbb{R}[X]}.
Soit {P\in\mathbb{R}[X]} tel que {P(\mathbb{R})\subset\mathbb{R}^+}. On pose {Q=\displaystyle\sum\limits_{k\ge0}P^{(k)}}.
Montrer que {Q(\mathbb{R})\subset\mathbb{R}^+}. Réciproque?

Une factorisation de polynôme

(Oral Mines-Ponts)
Soit {n\in \mathbb{N}^{\ast }}. On considère le polynôme : {\begin{array}{rl}P_n&=1+2X+3X^{2}+\cdots+(n-1)X^{n-2}+nX^{n-1}\\\\&+(n-1)X^{n}+...+2X^{2n-3}+X^{2n-2}\end{array}}Trouver les racines de {P_n} et le factoriser dans {\mathbb{C}[X]}.
